Yes. We can invoice your holiday club or organisation directly. Where a council is funding the booking, we can also be set up on the council’s supplier system and invoice in line with its purchase-order and payment process.

For HAF sessions, we can accommodate up to 14 children at a time across both areas — up to 7 children in the pamper area and up to 7 children in the VIP area. We usually run this in timed rotations, allowing larger numbers of children to take part over the full session.

We need suitable, safe parking for the pamper  bus – round 2.5 car spaces and access to a standard power socket.

Yes. We have two Pamper Buses, so for larger HAF events we can increase capacity and run multiple timed rotations throughout the booking. This allows more children to take part across the day while keeping group sizes manageable and the experience organised

Yes. We can adapt sessions for SEND children by adjusting music, lighting and the pace of activities, and by running smaller or quieter groups where needed. We can also work with the HAF provider in advance to plan the session around individual needs.

Not at all. Our Pamper Bus is open to all children who want to take part. Activities can be adapted to suit the group, and children can choose which parts of the experience they would like to join in with.
