A Party Planned Around Your Child
For children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), we can discuss adjustments to the party experience.
Lighting
Lighting can be adjusted around your child’s preferences. Let us know about bright, coloured or changing lights you would like us to avoid.
Sound
Music and sound can be adjusted. Tell us about preferred volume levels and any particular sounds or activities your child finds uncomfortable.
Treatments
Treatments can be adapted. Tell us about preferences, sensitivities and any activities your child would rather leave out.
Smaller Groups & Optional Support
Choosing Your Group Size
We recommend smaller groups for more space and flexibility. We can work with up to 10 children on selected packages, with numbers agreed around the children’s needs.
Your chosen package’s age rules and guest limits still apply. Compare the packages to see which could suit your party.
Parents & Carers Are Welcome
A parent or carer is welcome to stay onboard if needed. This is optional.
When one parent or carer stays, we plan for up to 8 children, subject to your package’s guest limit, to allow room for your host and the accompanying adult.
If more adults are needed, please speak to us about a smaller group before booking.

Getting On & Moving Around
Please tell us about any access, mobility or seating requirements before booking. We can discuss the bus entrance, layout and space with you to help you decide whether it suits your child.
Products, Allergies & Consent
Please tell us in writing about allergies and sensitivities before the party. Review our product ingredients and complete the Product Consent & Allergy Declaration.
Have a printed copy ready to hand to the host on arrival. We cannot accept digital copies.
