Our Bus – Protected Design

The Essex Pamper Bus is not just a party vehicle — it is a professionally designed bus that is legally protected.

We have secured UK registered design protection for key parts of our bus, including:

• The internal layout and overall flow of the vehicle.
• The integrated seating and spa setup, including the pull-out drawer system that holds the foot spas.
• The dedicated VIP party and entertainment area.

These features form part of our original registered designs and protect the overall look and layout of the interior.

This means other businesses must not copy or closely imitate this layout, structure or system — in full or in part.

While others may offer pamper parties, the combination of design, layout, styling and experience inside our bus is unique to Essex Pamper Bus.

Any business that copies or closely imitates our protected design may be required to make changes and could face legal action.

We actively monitor the market and will take action where necessary.
